Your first subscription charge is processed on the day you sign up. After that, your subscription will automatically renew on the 1st of each month until canceled. Please note that signing up near the end of the month may result in your next charge occurring only a few days later.
Subscription orders normally ship within 3–7 business days after each successful charge, excluding weekends, holidays, and shipping transit time. Processing may take longer during sales, holidays, or other high-volume periods. Any temporary changes will be posted in the homepage banner.
Please email us before the 1st if you need to cancel or update your payment method, shipping address, or subscription details. Changes made after the monthly order has been created will only apply to future renewals. Updating your address after an order is placed will not update the existing order.
Subscription orders cannot be changed, canceled, refunded, or combined with other orders after the charge has been processed.
If your payment is declined three times, your subscription will automatically be canceled. You may re-subscribe through our homepage or email us for assistance.
