Processing Times

Our current processing time is listed on our website and may vary depending on order volume, new releases, sales, holidays, and other busy periods.

Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order before it ships and does not include carrier transit time.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control. Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout or through tracking are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Scribble Prints Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, including delays caused by weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking

If tracking is included with your selected shipping method, tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Please allow time for tracking to update after your shipping confirmation is received. Carrier tracking may occasionally show limited or delayed scans while a package is in transit.

Lost or Missing Packages

Scribble Prints Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with household members and neighbors and contacting your local post office or shipping carrier for additional information.

If a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to begin a missing mail search or claim when applicable.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error before your order has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been placed.

Scribble Prints Co. is not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may be required to resend the order.

International Orders

International delivery times can vary significantly by destination and may take several weeks after shipment.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country. Customs processing may also cause additional delivery delays that are outside of our control.

Combining Orders

Orders cannot be combined.

Order Cancellations

Scribble Prints Co. reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund an order at our discretion. If we cancel an order before fulfillment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If you have a question about an order that has not yet shipped, please contact us by email with your order number so we can assist you.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, questions regarding its location, delivery status, or delays should be directed to the carrier.
