At this time, we are only able to ship within the U.S. and to select international destinations. Unfortunately, due to evolving VAT and product safety regulations, we are unable to ship directly to the UK or EU — we recommend using a forwarding service such asmyUS.comorStackry, which many of our customers have had great experiences with.

All orders are shipped via USPS. Once a package leaves our hands, transit times are completely out of our control and may vary depending on USPS service and your location.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed mail. If your package is marked as delivered or appears to be missing, please reach out directly to your local USPS office for assistance.

Our Mystery Subscription charges on the 1st of each month and ships toward the end of the month.
If you need to make any changes - including canceling or updating your payment method. Please email us before the 1st. Any updates made after the charge has processed will not apply to existing orders.
If your payment declines three times in a row, your subscription will automatically cancel. You can easily re-subscribe through the homepage or email us to reinstate your spot.
